(More customer reviews)This is a must for all real estate agents and anyone in the mortgage industry. It allow you to calculate figures very quickly. When people ask me how much there payment will be on a 15 year fixed, 250,000 loan at 6% I can tell them in about 30 seconds. Also it is a snap to change just one of the varibles and get the payment on a lower percentage or a different term. I recomend this tool highly.
